About the role:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Tester to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, performance, and quality of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ITSM platforms/ServiceNow, a deep understanding of software development principles, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be working in close collaboration with the Developers, Functional Analysts and Product Owners.


Key Responsibilities

· Understand business and functional requirements for ServiceNow.

· Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to gather testing requirements.

· Create test strategies, plans, and cases for various modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, etc.

· Define test scenarios for workflows, integrations, and customizations.

· Collaborating regularly with stakeholders, like our Support Squad, the Product Owners and the Business Owners.

· Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

· Validate ServiceNow modules, custom scripts, and APIs.

· Test upgrades and patches to ensure smooth platform updates.

· Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with developers to ensure they are resolved.

· Generate testing reports and and maintain test documentation.

· Assessing readiness to deploy each release.

· Creating complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.

· Taking ownership and doing close follow up on project/s assigned, ensuring targets are met.

Educational / Skill / Experience Requirements

· Degree in IT/IT related fields or equal by experience.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/Testing roles, particularly with ServiceNow Projects.

· Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in working in Agile squads. Working in international environment is considered as a plus.

· Attention to detail for identifying and documenting bugs.

· ITIL framework understanding & experience in ITSM processes and workflows.

· Being a team player and flexible.

· Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).

· Proactive and can-do attitude
