Title: Trainer
Location: Remote, LA
Duration: 8 months with the possibility of extension

Job Description:

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
Assist the State in design and updates of user training material for use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on complexity of use
Work directly with Applications Program Manager to ensure end users are able to successfully use the Intelligrants grants management software

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
Experience in Intelligrants grant management software functionality
Good customer service in operational use of Intelligrants
