Job description

Please note, this is a 3-month contract position at 20 hours per week with potential opportunity to extend.

Clinicians, the backbone of our healthcare system, have long been burdened by excessive administrative tasks and documentation requirements, often aggravated by EMR regulations resulting in the widespread issue of physician burnout. The toll of spending 10-15 hours per week on these tasks has led to a concerning trend known as the "great resignation of healthcare".

Tali AI, one of the fastest growing AI companies in Canada, is dedicated to tackling the issue of physician burnout through the development of the leading AI Scribe for accurate clinical notes and documentation, designed specifically for Clinicians. By combining AI Scribe, which effortlessly captures and summarizes patient visits, Medical Dictation for accurate voice-to-text processing, and Medical Search for efficient information retrieval, we are helping thousands of clinicians reduce documentation time by over 30%, allowing them to focus more on patient care.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for driving highly qualified user traffic to Tali through paid advertising and content strategies. If you've owned the entire ad lifecycle, including research, setup, creation, launch, measurement, and ongoing optimization to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with market trends - this might be the right fit for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute data-driven demand generation strategies that drive qualified user traffic to Tali.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns end-to-end, including research, setup, creation, and performance measurement across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
  • Continuously optimize ad campaigns by analyzing performance data, A/B testing, and adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in current advertising efforts.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets.
  • Implement and monitor tracking systems to measure ad performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and evolving digital marketing best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed demand generation roadmap to drive continuous growth.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital advertising, or performance marketing, preferably in a SaaS or health technology environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns to achieve growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
