Role Name: Scheduling Coordinator

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM 30 minute unpaid break

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to scheduling requests, demonstrating excellent time management skills
  • Coordinate last-minute changes and urgent staffing needs with composure and effectiveness
  • Maintain clear and professional email communication with team members and leadership
  • Occasionally conduct phone calls to resolve time-sensitive scheduling matters
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve scheduling processes and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records, ensuring data integrity at all times
  • Collaborate with team leaders to anticipate and address potential scheduling conflicts
  • Provide regular updates and reports on scheduling status to management
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using email platforms and basic computer applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle urgent requests calmly
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience with scheduling software or willingness to quickly learn new systems
  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday Australian eastern time
  • Ability to occasionally make phone calls for urgent matters during Australian business hours
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset aligned with a cooperative work environment
