This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 5PM Vancouver, BC, Canada

Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to play a pivotal role in our AI-driven custom pet portrait business. You’ll be at the forefront of a groundbreaking venture, managing the entire process from order receipt to final delivery. This position offers a unique blend of creative design work, customer interaction, and e-commerce management. You’ll utilize state-of-the-art AI tools to generate initial artwork, refine images to ensure print quality, and coordinate with customers to deliver exceptional personalized products. As we expand our product line and scale operations, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with the company and potentially take on additional responsibilities in e-commerce management and digital marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Process incoming orders and manage the entire customer journey from initial request to final delivery
  • Generate custom AI images using DALL-E based on customer-submitted pet photos
  • Edit and enhance AI-generated artwork using Adobe Photoshop to ensure optimal print quality
  • Communicate with customers for design approval and feedback, ensuring high satisfaction
  • Fulfill orders through the Gelato print-on-demand platform
  • Manage and update product listings on our Shopify e-commerce store
  • Assist in creating engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate on expanding our product range to include additional print-on-demand items
Requirements
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify
  • Familiarity with print-on-demand processes and quality standards
  • Strong communication skills for positive customer interactions
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities in a remote work environment
  • Basic understanding of AI image generation tools (e.g., DALL-E) is advantageous
  • Experience in social media content creation and management
  • Passion for pets and ability to translate that into compelling visual products
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes
