As a Digital Merchandising Manager, you will work closely with Merchants, Digital Operations, and Marketing teams to create compelling product stories, optimize navigation, and execute impactful merchandising and promotional strategies. You’ll be at the heart of creating an Easy Shopping Experience that solves our customers' needs and propels global sales.

Your Key Responsibilities

Digital Merchandising Excellence

  • Craft and deliver Claire’s Digital Merchandising Strategy using tools like Heap, Google Analytics (GA), consumer insights, and competitive analysis.

  • Develop product storytelling that captures fashion trends, seasonal moments, and key product launches in collaboration with Merchants and Marketing teams.

  • Optimize navigation, internal search, product recommendations, and SEO with a test-and-learn mindset.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance UX, ensuring our website is both functional and delightful to explore.

  • Localize the website to reflect regional languages, trends, holidays, and SEO keywords, tailoring experiences for every market.

  • Act as the business owner of product content, ensuring accuracy, enriched data, and a perfect portrayal of Claire’s brand.

Merchandise Expansion

  • Partner with Merchants to identify future product opportunities and launch exclusive online collections.

  • Collaborate with the e-commerce inventory team to ensure proper stock levels for new initiatives.

  • Analyze key digital KPIs and customer shopping metrics to make informed site decisions.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Coordinate with global Digital Merchandising Managers to share best practices and deliver a unified, world-class online experience.

  • Be part of a team that achieves excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and innovative professional with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, with expertise in digital merchandising, product content, UX, taxonomy, or internal search.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and SEO best practices.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of HTML is a plus.

  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and spoken—with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive strategy and improve customer experience.
