The Opportunity

As an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager you will be reporting to the VP of Sales, responsible for building and developing CyCognito's business in the South Central Region.


Responsibilities

  • Be the CyCognito sales leader in your Region (South Central U.S.) for the CyCognito Attack Surface Protection Platform which includes Attack Surface Management, External Vulnerability Management, Exploit Intelligence, Security Testing, Risk Scoring & Prioritization, and Remediation.
  • Sell in to and build relationships with Enterprise-level Chief Information Systems Officers (CISO) including CISO -1 and -2 and technical practitioners (SOC, VM, IT Ops, Threat intel and Red teams)
  • Hunt new Fortune 2000 prospects in partnership with our Channel Partners, Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and CyCognito’s Marketing team
  • Manage the qualification process, building uses cases, success criteria, business outcomes and value selling 
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers on demos and Proof of Value (POV)
  • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction both before and during the Sales cycle


Requirements

  • Track record of success selling cyber SaaS products for 5-10+ years with established relationships in the region
  • Experience selling complex solutions and a broad portfolio of leading edge cyber security (e.g., Threat Intelligence, Cloud Workflow Protection, Cyber Consulting Services, Penetration Testing or Attack Simulation, Cyber Risk Management, SecOps)
  • Expert in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and/or Value Selling
  • Broad cyber security experience (5-10+ years) with a comprehensive understanding of multiple cyber security domains (Common Body of Knowledge - CBK)
  • Franchise owner/business ownership mentality
  • Experience selling to Fortune 2000
  • Team player, active listener, with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Located in Texas (Dallas, Houston, or Austin area)
