Job description

Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversee the creation of class curriculum, instructional documentation, and manuals for all TruBridge departments.
  • Develop education opportunities for customers and staff.
  • Oversee the Auditing & Training teams in the management of all TruBridge employees Quality.
  • Oversee that all educational materials are up to date.
  • Serves as a resource for external auditors, clients, and TruBridge staff.
  • Oversees the Quality and Assurance programs of each individual department within TruBridge services. Coding, Billing, Receipting, and EOS.
  • Effectively acts as a liaison between the Compliance office of CPSI and the employees of TruBridge.
  • Accepts projects assigned by Head.
  • Responds accurately, promptly, and professionally to all inquiries or complaints from employees, and clients.
  • Effects communication flow to staff and members of all management teams of all divisions.
  • Runs team meetings confidently and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to receive and apply feedback, particularly related to quality, in both positive and negative aspects.
  • Ability to give feedback, particularly related to quality, in both positive and negative aspects.

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

  • 5 plus years in Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Must be able to act both independently, and as a team member.
  • Assist with software issues within the department.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.  
  • Maintain tight deadlines.
  • Has a high standard for written English, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher or the years of experience in a related field.
