Get to Know the Opportunity:  

As a key member of our dynamic Sales Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our programs. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from event planning and coordination to marketing, data analysis and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of our initiatives. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills.

Please Note:  Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule. 

The Contributions You’ll Make:  

  • Event Management:
    • Create engaging event invitations, posters, and seminar materials
    • Develop and manage online registration pages using our registration tools
    • Coordinate with compliance to ensure all materials adhere to regulations
    • Collaborate with marketing to create and maintain microsites
    • Manage event logistics, including ordering materials, creating sign-in sheets, and survey cards
    • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of event materials to sponsors and advisors
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key metrics for the Be Ready program
    • Prepare sales reports, compile data, and generate sponsor reports and plan profiles
    • Assist with ongoing reporting and data analysis
  • Lead Generation and Technical Support:
    • Analyze files and create leads for financial advisors
    • Follow up with advisors to ensure that leads are closed out
    • Provide technical support for employees and advisors using our technology platforms
    • Share technical expertise and recommend process improvements
    • Troubleshoot issues and deliver quality service to our customers
    • Deploy marketing content for internal partners
    • Proactively engage in communication with team members and internal partners
  • Vendor Management:
    • Assist with managing third-party vendors, including invoice tracking and payment

Candidate must be able to prioritize work to meet the service requirements for the team. Must make a commitment to the achievement of department goals, metrics, and service level standards.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or financial services
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, Teams and SharePoint)
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Knowledge of the retirement plan industry
  • Salesforce experience
  • Agile or Six Sigma project certification
  • Familiarity with video conferencing (Zoom; WebEx; Teams)

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$67,170 - $83,960 USD
