Job Description:
The Conversion Project Planner role is responsible to develop and modify production plans and schedules to ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of the production process for software conversions. This role works closely with managers, team members and stakeholders to identify production needs of the business, capacity, resources, processes, metrics, etc. This role oversees the flow of information during production, including customer issues encountered pre- and post-production during the conversion process and partners cross-functionally to resolve issues.
Essential Functions
Define and coordinate workflows for software conversions and detail and plan tools, process and labor needs for production
Assess capacity and determine the timeframe in which the production staff can finish a conversion project
Prioritize production and operations processes to optimize workflows and meet project requirements
Address any issues during the production process; facilitate with operations team to address any quality control concerns
Facilitates pre- and post-conversion customer issues with support, conversions, and onboarding teams and stakeholders
Help ensure that all tools and environments needed for production are available and ready for use; facilitates issue resolution with appropriate teams
Create reports on production quality, consistency, errors and any other information that affects production and company revenue
Collaborate with managers, staff, and Compliance to ensure high-quality, high-efficiency production processes
Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Technology, or other technical or related field or equivalent education and/or experience
2 years in software technology, production planning or related roles in a similar field
Skills and Abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced changing environment; ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in timely manner
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate and influence at multiple levels in the organization
Strong organizational, attention to detail and follow-up/follow-through skills
Ability to gather, synthesize, and create action plans based on feedback from multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to contribute to development and implementation of in software/technology-related planning and production processes
Working Environment
Remote: This position primarily completes work from a remote setting, most commonly, a home office. This may be referenced as flexible workplace
Travel to corporate sites is periodically required (Quarterly or so)
Periodic on call rotations and available outside of normal business hours on evenings and weekends during critical production release or issue escalation periods

$65,000 - $85,000
