5 years or more of experience in software development, supporting the design and development of large-scale, distributed software applications - OOP and SOLID principles
5 years or more in managing engineering teams doing product development
Experience in iOS and/or Android development
Strong leadership qualities
Extensive experience with software development processes and agile methodologies
Leadership abilities with a strategic mindset
Excellent management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
Ability to understand existing codebase and expand to new product requirements;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and individuals simultaneously
English intermediate (B1)
BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
