ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As an Appointment Setter for Online Sales in our sales department, you will play a vital role in building and strengthening our sales pipeline. You will engage with potential clients through phone, email, and online chat, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team to close. This role is critical in ensuring that our sales reps meet with the most promising prospects, helping us drive revenue and achieve our goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads, assess their needs, and qualify prospects based on established criteria.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring optimal timing and clear communication.
  • CRM Management: Maintain an updated CRM system with accurate prospect information and appointment details.
  • Follow-Up: Send confirmation emails, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure timely attendance and rescheduling when needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Share insights and feedback on prospects to ensure alignment and improve conversion strategies.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to cold leads to introduce our products/services and set up initial consultations.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and scheduling software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Calendly).
  • Ability to handle objections and engage in light sales conversations to nurture prospects.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in appointment-setting or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Experience in an online sales or digital marketing environment is preferred but not required.
