Job description

Position Name: Jr. Billing Administrator
Reports to: Billing Administrator
Location/Type: UA/Contract

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with billing software and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new billing systems and processes.
  • Experience in a Customer Support Specialist or related position but not required
  • Prior experience in a billing role would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and address client issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding billing.
  • Contact clients to resolve past due accounts and ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records.
  • Assist with month-end billing-related closing activities.
  • Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Perform all other tasks and duties assigned by the supervisor.
