Job description

What success looks like in this role:

• Independently leads mid-size to large client delivery accounts
• Follows defined processes to ensure successful implementation, engaging with internal resources to ensure a smooth, cost effective and high-quality client experience.
• Takes ownership of client issues and ensures effective resolution.
• Effectively escalates delivery or other issues when appropriate.
• Establishes clear governance and communication channels with the client and Unisys delivery organizations to ensure alignment and mutual understanding of implementation processes and goals.
• Manages contract scope, conducting periodic (i.e., monthly) operational reviews with service delivery organizations and client.
• Participates in rigorous governance and SOX compliance audits.
• In partnership with the Client Executive, proactively communicates industry and company insights and opportunities to clients, looking for ways to enhance the company’s position and upsell aligned products and services.
• Monitors client / account financial health and recommends steps to remedy financial misses or anomalies.
• Develops and administers budgets, schedules and supports the Service Delivery organization to optimize the cost of delivery and service.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • B.sc./ B.A. degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Comprehensive experience in Field Service/ Service Desk/ IT Service Management & IT Asset Management
  • Ability to manage escalations, SLA´s and internal as well external stakeholders
  • strong will to collaborate with a positive, humble, honest and humorous mindset
  • business fluent in oral and written form in English, German is considered as beneficial
