Job description

Role Description

Zoetis is seeking a CX Solutions Strategist to join our Global CX & Technology team. This key role will drive the next phase of our Experience Management (XM) transformation by supporting the adoption and expansion of our tools and technologies, with a primary focus on the Qualtrics platform. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor who bridges the technical and business sides of CX, ensuring alignment with Zoetis’s broader executive priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Business-Technology Alignment: Act as a bridge between the business and technical sides, effectively the product owner of our XM capability, with an understanding of commercial and technology strategies and how XM can enable their goals.
  • Capability Evolution: Develop an evolutional roadmap of strategic advancement of our experience management capability, including expansion in data ingestion, actions we take, and geographical expansion.
  • CX Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME): Become the internal go-to expert on the Qualtrics platform, supporting power users and analysts in maximizing its use, understanding its full breadth, and aligning its capabilities with Zoetis’s strategic priorities.
  • Dashboard Management: support and evolve the cross-functional senior leadership dashboards to show impact of our program.
  • Value Story Collaboration: consult and support the tracking of impact and the communications of actions needed or celebration of success.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in Customer Experience or a similar role within a tech-driven environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate complex information to leadership
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating problem-solving skills, creativity, and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect and network across teams

Technical Skills Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working with CX platforms, particularly Qualtrics XM, is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale tech initiatives, from strategic planning to execution
  • Knowledge in emerging trends in technology and customer experience
  • Proven experience navigating commercial data and data-driven decision making

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to
be located in Colorado. Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.

Base Pay Range: $126,000 - $181,000

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in California, NJ Remote, NY Remote, or Washington. Base pay may vary based on location and
other factors.

Base Pay Range: $134,000 - $205,000

This position is eligible for short-term incentive compensation. The position is also eligible for long-term incentive.
