Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee project scope, quality, and budget.
  • Time Recording: Approve and monitor project time recordings.
  • Reporting: Create and manage project reports (e.g., RAID, Weekly Reports, Budget reports).
  • Governance Meetings: Chair and lead project governance meetings.
  • Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned for ongoing improvement.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Team Support: Assist senior team members on large projects and support other team members in project delivery.
  • Handovers: Control handovers to Managed Services.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the sales cycle during pre-sales.
What We Need From You:
  • Digital project management experience: D365 / Business Applications project management experience highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing great customer service.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to tackle challenges effectively.
  • Project Governance: Experience with RAID, HLRs, etc.
  • Budget and Scope Management: Proven track record.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities.
