About the Role:


We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is focused solely on initiating conversations with potential clients, gauging their interest, and scheduling meetings with our sales or business development team. There is no direct selling involvedyour goal is to open the door for meaningful discussions by identifying prospects who are interested in learning more about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine interest.
  • Guide prospects through an initial conversation, ensuring they understand the value of our services.
  • Identify the right moment when a prospect expresses interest in learning more.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between the prospect and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions and scheduled meetings in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and address any questions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential clients professionally.
  • Strong listening and questioning abilities to effectively qualify leads.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, email outreach tools, and scheduling platforms.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
