Job description

Position Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Work Set Up: Work from Home

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage corporate email campaigns, webinars, website updates, and social media. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong organizational skills who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at handling multiple priorities.


What You’ll Do:

  • Build, test, and send campaigns via Marketo (transitioning to HubSpot), ensuring all communications are timely, error-free, and inclusive of UTM parameters

  • Schedule, set up, and support weekly webinars (On24), troubleshoot issues, and track engagement metrics for follow-up actions

  • Update the website using WordPress

  • Create visuals in Canva and schedule LinkedIn posts per the marketing calendar

  • Coordinate and organize marketing collateral (emails, Powerpoint decks, solution sheets, website content) and collaborate cross-functionally on messaging and timelines

  • Use Asana to track and manage project timelines and deliverables

  • Stay updated on platform trends and suggest improvements, including A/B testing

  • Track webinar attendance, engagement metrics, and follow-up actions, providing insights to stakeholders


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in a marketing role with experience in email marketing and webinar coordination

  • Proficiency in Marketo (or HubSpot), WordPress, Canva, PowerPoint, and webinar tools like On24

  • Familiarity with Asana and social media scheduling

  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work in a dynamic environment
