· A skilled Software Developer with experience in developing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
· The role involves writing, testing, and deploying cloud-native code to support the migration of a legacy cost transparency solution to GCP.
· You will work closely with the GCP Architect and SCALA specialists to ensure the solution is optimized for the cloud environment, leveraging services like Cloud Functions, Spanner, and BigQuery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, test, and deploy cloud-native applications on GCP.
· Write code to integrate with GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Spanner, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery.
· Collaborate with architects and SCALA specialists to refactor and migrate the legacy application to GCP.
· Implement logic for filtering healthcare procedures, associating codes, and building cost estimation models.
· Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of the cloud-based application.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to cloud deployments.
· Write unit tests and ensure code quality through continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
Required Skills:
Experience with GCP:
· Strong experience in writing code for GCP services like Cloud Functions, Spanner, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub.
Programming Languages:
· Proficiency in one or more languages used in GCP development, such as Python (must have ), JavaScript (Node.js).
Cloud-Native Development:
· Experience building serverless applications, microservices, and working with distributed systems on GCP.
· Database Integration: Understanding of working with GCP Spanner or similar distributed databases.
· APIs & Data Pipelines: Experience with API development, RESTful services, and building data pipelines on GCP.
· Version Control & CI/CD: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment best practices.
