Job Description:
The ideal candidate serves as a senior-level technical resource responsible for maintaining computer system continuity, providing advanced technical support, and ensuring optimal performance of computing assets. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with customer service excellence to support our customer's technology needs.
The candidate performs the following specific assignments:
  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
  • Manage new hire system setups and equipment deployment
  • Monitor and maintain IT inventory and asset management systems
  • Handle escalated support tickets and complex technical issues
  • Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base
  • Implement preventive maintenance procedures
  • Support infrastructure projects and system upgrades
  • Provide after-hours support as needed
 Experience Required:
  • Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive IT support experience
  • Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems
  • Hardware repair and maintenance expertise
Experience Desired:
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud configuration and setup
  • Ability to travel to DoD sites as needed
  • Experience with DoD documentation requirements
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations
  • Understanding of cybersecurity requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
