Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contract
Client Timezone: Colorado, USA


Scope:

  • Manage daily input of approximately 100 new customer contacts into Hubspot CRM

  • Handle multiple SMS campaigns, potentially reaching up to 20,000 contacts per day

  • Assist in managing a growing customer base of over 3,000 clients

  • Contribute to the company’s growth of approximately 300 new customers every four weeks

  • Potential for role expansion into more complex data management and campaign setup tasks


Responsibilities:

  • Transfer contact details from MessageBird to Hubspot CRM quickly and accurately

  • Create new deals in Hubspot with detailed customer information

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via SMS in real-time

  • Assist in setting up and managing SMS campaigns using MessageBird

  • Clean and manage Excel spreadsheets for campaign data

  • Load campaigns into MessageBird, breaking down large contact lists into manageable parcels

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads

  • Maintain high accuracy in data entry while working at a fast pace

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a data entry or customer service role

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM systems (Hubspot experience a plus)

  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM MST

  • Fast typing skills and ability to multitask effectively

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

  • Experience with SMS marketing tools is a plus
