Job Overview: 

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. As Tier 1 agents, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution. This role is part-time to start, with the opportunity to transition to full-time and beyond as we approach our busy season. You will play a critical role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the development of our customer support resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:

    • Use the help desk and response templates to handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively.

    • Triage customer issues and escalate more complex inquiries to the appropriate team members.

    • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

  • Documentation and Reporting - Log and categorize escalated inquiries to support the ongoing development of our FAQ and knowledge base.

  • Collaboration - Work closely with the Customer Service Lead and Ecommerce Coordinator to ensure consistent communication and alignment.

  • Sales Support - Leverage basic sales skills to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.

  • Seasonal Coverage - Provide support in your native time zone as needed, contributing to nearly 24x7 coverage during peak seasons.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service 

  • Familiarity with Shopify and experience using a customer service platform such as Gorgias, Crisp, or a similar tool.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic sales experience is a plus.
