  • Manage a multi-faceted calendar system, coordinating schedules across real estate showings, tax preparation appointments, and marketing events
  • Prioritize and organize tasks across different business domains, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Provide regular updates on appointment status and calendar changes, maintaining clear lines of communication
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support overall business operations
Requirements
  • Proven track record in cold calling and appointment setting, with a knack for turning leads into scheduled meetings
