Financial Reporting Analyst

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team. You’ll be responsible for performing and coordinating the development, tracking, reporting and analysis of financial information, including monthly reporting, assistance with budget creation, and financial analysis. The role will focus on maintaining and updating financial models and efficiently communicating results using supporting tables, graphs, and presentation materials. This position will work closely with the finance department at ClickFunnels to assist with all aspects of financial reporting and analyses.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, create and deliver timely and accurate standard reporting and presentations on various operational and financial metrics.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and research items. 
• Analyze financial data and update financial models for decision support.
• Assist with all aspects of the company-wide forecast/budget.
• Conduct financial research, analyze performance against targets and identify financial trends in the business.
• Update the budget vs actuals reports monthly and communicate observations back to management.
• Assist with various financial reports and initiatives to highlight key business components and models that support current business strategies and goals.
• Work with other departments and teams on special projects to help them calculate Key Performance Indicators specific to their department.
• Responsible for ad-hoc reports, special projects, and other finance responsibilities as assigned. 

About You

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Must be accurate, detailed-oriented and be able to view financial information from a broad organizational perspective.
• Great communication skills. 
• Exceptional analytical skills and deep understanding of financial analysis. 
• Ability to structure, build and present reports with actionable insights.
• Knowledge of MS Excel required, knowledge of NetSuite and QuickBooks preferred. 
• Confident to bring new ideas and solutions to problems to senior leadership. 
• Able to be self-directed and work independently. 

Compensation

The target compensation range for this role is $22,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
