  • Monitor and support cross-functional initiatives, identifying synergies and streamlining workflows.
  • Ensure Audit teams have access to the training they need by monitoring and communicating upcoming learning opportunities, recommend updates to training programs to align with operational goals and industry standards, and assist with the creation, facilitation, and delivery of training initiatives to support team development.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications team to ensure operational messaging aligns with business goals and is accurately represented in various firm-wide communications.
  • Act as the Audit Service Line point of contact for data integration for Mergers and Acquisitions.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects as assigned by the RSLLs and COS, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Facilitate team meetings, track deliverables, and resolve issues proactively.

Process Improvement:

  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the Audit Service Line and the Firm.
  • Design and implement updated workflows, tools, or systems to improve overall operational effectiveness.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
  • Lead efforts to guide teams through organizational or procedural changes, providing clear communication and support.

Operational Support:

  • Support the Firm's leaders and teams with a wide range of operational needs, often stepping into ad hoc projects or tasks as required.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities, ensuring the organization can respond effectively to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Manage the scheduling, preparation, and follow-ups for leadership team meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and completed.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with leaders and team members across all Shared Firm Services functions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to help bridge gaps, resolve conflicts, and support decision-making processes.
