As a Client Solutions Director, you will be responsible for winning, leading, and delivering client engagements across our core offerings of Organisational Excellence, Culture and Engagement and Performance Measurement and Analytics.
The role will involve:
- Leading teams and programmes that deliver high-value organisational capability solutions to clients (primarily in the Pharma and Life Sciences sector) and leveraging key repeatable propositions.
- The facilitation of workshops/events with senior client stakeholders up to board level. Coaching and mentoring change leads on a 121 and group basis.
- Contributing to the development of key accounts and securing new clients by helping generate sales opportunities, scoping requirements, and working through the BD and commercial negotiation process.
- The refining and continual improvement of standardised interventions - transfer organisational change knowledge to improve our proposition, tools and methodologies.
- Team expansion, development, and line management. You will represent and role model excellence within our delivery community.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced and consultative sales professional with a strong track record of consistently knowing how to build client relationships and meeting revenue targets. It is essential that you bring prior experience of working in a consulting or professional services environment and have a depth of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors. In addition, we will expect you to demonstrate:
- Strategic facilitation and mentoring skills – you excel at influencing at all levels of an organisation, from Boardroom to frontline, through effective facilitation, mentorship, and leadership. You know how to inspire change and empower individuals and teams to excel.
- Commercial experience – with your strong commercial acumen, you are able to envision, shape, and deliver tailored client solutions. You combine proven methodologies with your own expertise to craft bespoke solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Collaborative and empathetic leadership – you thrive in a team-oriented environment, where respect, empathy, and kindness are at the core of your interactions. You are someone who builds strong relationships and leads by example, creating a positive, inclusive culture.

Additional Information:
The role is home-based, with travel throughout the UK and potentially abroad. However, circa 75% of client work is delivered virtually, and there will never be prolonged periods of time spent away from home working at client site.
You will be working closely with the leadership of the firm who are experts in their field in a collaborative team environment that is fun and entrepreneurial yet highly professional with regular online and in-person team meets to share and develop.
