Job Title: Sr. Front End Developer, Adobe
Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000

Adswerve is currently seeking a Front End Developer with 5+ years of front experience to join our team. This position will sit within the Adobe Services team that is responsible for developing front end code for assigned client projects. The team focuses on building analytics and optimization solutions that work at scale to support client initiatives and establish development workflows. We are looking for a Sr. Front End Developer who is an expert with JavaScript, HTML and CSS and using modern web development practices.
Responsibilities
- Carry out the implementation of WebSDK for Adobe products such as Adobe Experience Platform, Target and Analytics on assigned projects.
- Experience designing and developing robust data schemas and event-driven data layers to facilitate the collection of behavioral data.
- Identify opportunities to create developer tools or libraries to make behavioral data collection more efficient and accurate.
- Develop and maintain analytics tracking implementations using JavaScript, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting across web properties.
- Configure and manage tagging solutions using Adobe Tags (Launch) or other tag management systems within an Agile framework for Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Actively participate in Agile methods such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Build, deploy, and manage A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target or similar platforms, iterating based on feedback and results.
- Prepare technical documentation and playbooks to clearly communicate commonly used concepts or patterns.
- Manage the end-to-end life cycle for the production of code launches.
- Analyze site performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement optimizations.
Position Requirements
- 5+ years professional JavaScript related front-end development experience
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern JavaScript framework (React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with Quality Assurance methods and user acceptance testing to ensure that the highest quality code is released to production.
- Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with Asana or JIRA.
- Ability to break down stories into tasks, and provide clear estimations and updates during sprint cycles.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or a similar digital analytics platform.
- Familiarity with website optimization tools (e.g., Adobe Target, ABTasty, Optimizely).
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in an energetic work environment and meet objectives
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate with team members and build positive relationships
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills
- Preferred, but not required:
- Mobile App development experience (iOS or Android)
- Experience in Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics and Target)
This position pays a base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
