Business Development - Crypto

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Business Development - Crypto - this is a fully remote role, but candidates need to be based in UK to Australia timezones.

The objective of this role is to drive growth for our first party liquidity marketplace- our Protocol. In this role you will:

Lead Partnership Development

• Be at the forefront of our GTM strategy to bootstrap the marketplace
• You'll everything end to end: identifying, cultivating, and formalizing partnerships that scale our reach and impact.
• Be the primary representative for Bungee with potential partners and navigate discussions with technical and business stakeholders.

Maintain and Deepen Relationships

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing success and alignment
• Gather feedback & insights to shape our protocols roadmap.

Iterate & Scale

• Experiment with strategies, tactics, and tools to identify what works and iterate to find scalable success

Requirements

2-5 years experience in a similar role

Crypto native, been in the space for min 2 years

Prior experience working in B2B

Prior experience with API or product-focused sales

A DeFi background is strongly preferred
