Job Overview
The VP of Innovation and Development will be a visionary leader responsible for driving Coretelligent’s innovation strategy, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements and service delivery excellence. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise, particularly in emerging technologies, and cutting-edge IT solutions. Reporting directly to the CTO, the VP will foster innovation, spearhead AI initiatives, and oversee the development and implementation of new solutions that align with Coretelligent’s growth objectives and enhance the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with Coretelligent’s business goals.
- Act as a thought leader and advisor for clients, addressing their challenges with innovative solutions.
- Direct the design and architecture of data-driven and application development projects to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the development and integration of advanced IT infrastructures and cloud-based solutions.
- Build a high-performing innovation team and foster a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
- Partner with clients, internal teams, and global teams to align on strategic technology initiatives and solutions, ensuring collaboration and cohesion across global geographies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in AI, IT system design and automation.
- Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives on efficiency, security, and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience (including at least 1 year of AI and automation experience)
- Proven track record of leadership in a technology-driven organization, preferably within the MSP or IT consulting space.
- Strong background in software development, cloud architecture, and automation.
- Experience in C#, Python, Node.js, React, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s in Technology) preferred.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale technology initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and platforms such as Azure AI, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with building cloud native applications in Azure and Google Cloud.
Salary Range for this position (depending upon experience):
$200,000 - $245,000
This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations (with the exception of MA, NY, and CA). Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
