  • Data Analysis and Insights: Monitor key metrics related to lead quality, engagement, and conversion. Use insights to refine lead strategies and inform marketing campaign improvements.
  • Training and Coaching: Develop training materials and coaching sessions for SDRs to improve lead outreach strategies, messaging, and follow-up techniques.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure leads generated from campaigns, events, and other initiatives are effectively managed and optimized for success.
  • Process Improvement: Regularly evaluate lead workflows and SDR processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track, analyze, and optimize lead performance while maintaining data accuracy and hygiene.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in lead management, demand generation, or SDR enablement, preferably within a marketing team.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimize processes.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align marketing and sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and project management skills.
  • A growth-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • A strategic mindset to drive improvements in lead performance and SDR effectiveness.
  • Expertise in creating and optimizing workflows that ensure the best outcomes for leads generated by marketing.
  • The ability to coach and enable SDRs to achieve success in their outreach and engagement efforts.
