Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking a Project Manager for our healthcare client in Southern Califronia. This is a remote, contract opportunity. The Project Manager with ARIA experience will be responsible for leading and managing projects focused on implementing, upgrading, or optimizing the ARIA oncology information system. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of projects involving the ARIA oncology information system, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, technical, and administrative staff, to achieve project goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while managing scope changes effectively.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and ensure continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in healthcare IT.
  • Hands-on experience with the ARIA oncology information system, including implementation, upgrades, or optimization projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including creating and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clinical, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with oncology workflows and related healthcare processes.
