As we undergo rapid expansion, we are establishing offices in strategic locations worldwide. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with experience in Web3 based in Poland, to help us grow the team. This role will report directly to the Head of HR.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in scaling our workforce by managing the full-cycle recruitment process. You will focus on hiring top talent including Tech and Non-Tech positions.
In this role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, applying your expertise in sourcing and interviewing to find and secure top talent. As a hands-on recruiter, you’ll take ownership of the entire hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate while driving impactful hiring decisions.
Your profile
Your responsibilities include
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers, coaching them on recruiting strategies, market trends, and best practices.
  • Source candidates effectively using sourcing tools, job boards, and other platforms while maintaining a high-quality pipeline.
  • Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and e-meetups to enhance our employer brand.
  • Use ATS reports and dashboards to track recruitment performance and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a "candidate obsession" by managing pipelines proactively delivering an amazing candidate experience to each of our applicants.
Requirements 
  • 5–7 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within Web3 roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for various Tech and Non-tech roles, at all levels of seniority.
  • Experience working within fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and reporting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong stakeholder management: Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and advise on strategic hiring decisions.
  • Initiative: You have a proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive new recruitment strategies.
  • Ownership: Strong sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring your work is effectively managed from start to finish.
  • Attention to detail and time management: You understand how to manage priorities and deliver timely results.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
