Job Purpose:
Our Content Creator will fully understand and embody our values, consistently applying best practices with a positive, can-do attitude. They will be proactive, independent, and a strong team player, adhering to our corporate guidelines while representing Chatterbug in interactions with team members, colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. The Content Creator will collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life, producing and developing content in various formats that align with our marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
Responsibilities Overview:
The content creator is responsible for identifying trends and overseeing and executing the entire content production chain, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages. This involves managing all aspects of content creation, such as video, imagery, and written content. You will work closely with the marketing team to support marketing strategies and efforts, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Video Content Creation:
- Manage all stages of video content production, including scripting, planning, recording, and editing. Ensure that all digital assets, including editable versions, are stored in the appropriate digital folder for team access.
Offline and Digital Marketing assets:
- Develop marketing materials such as leaflets, brochures, and roller banners as required
Time Management Skills:
- Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, updating organisational tools daily and adapting to tight deadlines. Make efficient use of Google Calendar, Jira, and Google Drive.
Software Knowledge:
- Proficient in software and CRM tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, Brevo, and others.
Reporting:
- Provide updates during monthly marketing catch-ups and ensure daily updates to the preferred organisational tool (e.g. Jira board) to help achieve weekly and monthly goals.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a creative role.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in creative tools and software, including Adobe Suite(primarily Premiere Pro and Illustrator), CapCut, Canva, and others and as well as handlingvideo recording equipment.
