Job Description

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Agent to join our client’s expanding team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s growth strategy, managing leads and driving sales in the exciting world of custom collegiate apparel. You’ll leverage your excellent communication skills and CRM expertise to convert prospects into loyal customers, working with a diverse range of university organizations. Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads using our advanced CRM system, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks
  • Conduct engaging outbound calls to potential customers, primarily targeting university organizations and student groups
  • Implement creative strategies to convert cold leads into hot prospects, focusing on key decision-makers within campus organizations
  • Craft compelling follow-up communications via phone and text messages to keep potential clients engaged and moving through the sales funnel
  • Set strategic reminders and manage follow-ups in the CRM system to maintain consistent and timely communication with prospects
  • Utilize your interpersonal skills to gauge customer interest and provide tailored information about our cutting-edge products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly transition qualified leads through the sales process, from initial contact to design requests
  • Stay updated on trends in the collegiate apparel market to provide valuable insights to potential clients
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities within the university ecosystem

Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and a data-driven approach to lead management
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
  • Strong phone presence with a talent for building rapport quickly over calls and text messages
  • Adaptability to learn and navigate the unique dynamics of the collegiate market
  • Basic understanding of the custom apparel industry is a plus, but not required – we value your sales skills and willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with text-based communication in a professional setting
