Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the growth of our spiritually-focused online business. In this multifaceted role, you’ll be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, creating engaging content, and nurturing our online community. Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage time, coordinate schedules, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
  • Develop and implement systems for consistent social media posting and engagement across multiple platforms, with a focus on Facebook groups
  • Create compelling, spiritually-focused content using AI tools like ChatGPT, tailoring it for different digital marketing channels
  • Assist in building and nurturing an engaged online community through active participation and moderation of social media groups
  • Support email marketing campaigns by crafting engaging newsletters and managing customer communications
  • Contribute to sales efforts through direct messaging and implementing social selling techniques
  • Collaborate on the creation and optimization of marketing funnels using tools like ActiveCampaign and ClickFunnels
  • Help track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media engagement and sales efforts
  • Provide general support for business growth initiatives and daily operations
Requirements
  • 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar is required for this role
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for spiritually-based content
  • Proficiency in social media management, particularly Facebook, and experience with digital marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content generation (e.g., ChatGPT) and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Basic understanding of email marketing principles and customer relationship management
  • Experience with or willingness to learn marketing tools such as ActiveCampaign and ClickFunnels
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with and enthusiastic about spiritually-based themes and content
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with an online community
