Job description

Our client, a leading P2P crypto trading platform, is seeking a skilled and proactive L2 Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will play a significant part in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional support to their users, including business partners, crypto traders, and clients. 

This role requires working in both day and night shifts to provide 24/7 support, including weekends, for maintenance and operational tasks.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as the contact for resolving technical issues escalated from the first-line support team.
  • Collaborate with the development team to escalate and address complex technical issues.
  • Monitor critical system metrics to maintain platform stability and performance.
  • Communicate with users across various support channels to resolve inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Document and maintain detailed logs of incidents and their resolutions.
  • Ensure the efficient resolution of incidents and follow-up actions as part of the incident workflow.

Requirements:

 

  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support (L2) or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems: Windows, iOS, Android, and basic Linux.
  • Proficiency in SQL (e.g., select, join, group by, exists queries).
  • Familiarity with HTTP API tools such as Postman, JSON, and JWT.
  • Solid understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP and DNS.
  • Excellent problem-diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
  • At least Intermediate level of English (both verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in banking or fintech sectors is a significant advantage.
