Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Regional Sales Manager to join the Eitan Medical North America team.
Job Description:
· External Selling Role – Covering Multiple States in Central US
· Travel 70%-80% of the time
· Achieve individual and team sales goals set by the CCO
· Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Sapphire, Avoset, and Insight products and services
· Demonstrate the ability to sell capital into both acute care and homecare settings
· Ensure customers are trained on the safety and the efficacy of products in the portfolio
· Understand market trends and analyze customer buying patterns (Market Awareness)
· Acquire and maintain current knowledge of competitor’s position in marketplace and implement selling strategies to win business
· Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with key physicians, nurses, clinicians, biomed technicians, department decision makers and/or administrators (multiple decision makers and influencers) within assigned accounts or markets
Direct Manager: Reporting to the National Sales Director of Eitan Medical, the National Sales Manager is responsible for building a business and achieving a sales quota by selling the full Eitan product line and product solutions throughout the US.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Required skills:
Experience Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of direct experience and demonstrated success in infusion pump medical device sales or medical sales experience
· Experience working with PC based applications (Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Have previous experience in working with Salesforce.com or equivalent technology
• Strong oral and written communications skills with the ability to present to a variety of audiences.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Access to hospitals and specific departments in geographic territory.
• 5 years of capital equipment sales, ambulatory electronic pump Sales Experience Preferred
• Prefer candidate to be in the Top 10% of Sales Force
Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products / Proficient in Sales Force CRM
Language skills: Fluent English
Personality:
o Excellent interpersonal relations
Persuasive Physical requirements:
Ability to perform a wide variety of physical demands to accommodate heavy travel expectations, sales presentations, exhibit hall participation, etc., including walking, sitting, standing prolonged periods of time, occasionally lifting and carrying objects up to 30 lbs., carrying, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling to transport, demonstrate. Prepare for presentations for equipment demonstrations, sales materials, exhibit hall, presentations, etc.
Must possess valid driver’s license with the ability to drive and safely operate rental cars.
