Vori Health is an award-winning, nationwide, virtual-first, musculoskeletal medical practice focused on evidence-based care that treats the whole person. Using a unique care model to help patients find the best path forward, Vori Health connects patients to a trained care team that includes a nonoperative musculoskeletal physician or nurse practitioner, a physical therapist, and if appropriate a health coach and registered dietitian, who manage the initial patient assessment and then work to coordinate all aspects of care. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an effective and engaged member of our multi-clinician and multidisciplinary team that helps to deliver high-quality care and an outstanding patient experience. The NP may be asked to assist in the development and refinement of clinical workflows, policies and procedures.

Proven track record in creating exceptional experiences with patients.

Ability to work in multiple technology platforms simultaneously, using professional and clinical judgment and critical thinking in accessing and documenting information that pertains to each patient’s referral process.
Organization and accountability within a fluid and constantly changing environment.
Strong communication, customer service and people skills; the ability to connect with all stakeholders (patients, doctors, nursing staff, clinic staff)
Familiarity with behavioral change coaching and communication methods and/or willing to learn from our team of world class experts on behavioral change.
Excellent problem solving and problem preempting skills.

Work authorization/security clearance requirements:
