Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Radio Communications Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage the Nuclear Surety Exercise Support communications requirements including managing equipment, ensuring operability, ensuring contract requirements are met, and ensuring exercise area coverage.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide, operate, and maintain communications for a Tactical Operations Center (TOC) for the duration of the exercise
- Provide command, control and communications support during the exercise and ensure all facilities and communication equipment is captured in the COP
- Provide training on TOC and COP communication systems, as needed, for exercise participants.
- Issue communications equipment to exercise participants
- Ensure accountability of all communications and communications support equipment
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of related professional experience creating tactical communication radio system field networks.
- Must be a US Citizen and hold a DoD Secret Clearance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of multi-channel tactical radio communications to include military encrypted radios
- Comprehensive knowledge of radio communications and digital recording or radio communications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of establishing multi-channel tactical radio communications network in field conditions.
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience with government property management is preferred
- Proven ability to perform in the field.
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and health guidelines for tactical radio communication operations.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Salary Range:
$40.05 - $81.11
