About the Role:

We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our team, focusing on lead client acquisitions efforts, managing and expanding key enterprise accounts, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a results-driven professional with a proven track record of developing new business, securing enterprise-level in the staffing industry, focusing on talent solutions for IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, and related sector clients, as well as extensive experience engaging with C-level decision-makers. As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, executing sales strategies, and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute strategies to target and acquire high-value enterprise clients, leveraging industry knowledge and consultative sales techniques. Build a robust pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term clients.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through deal closure. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing significantly to overall revenue. Use data-driven prospecting tools to identify and connect with decision-makers.

Revenue Generation & Goal Achievement:

  • Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Focus on generating new business revenue, with an emphasis on securing large-scale enterprise contracts and establishing recurring revenue streams.

CRM & Sales Operations:

  • Use CRM software (Salesforce) to manage the sales pipeline, document all client interactions, and analyze data to refine outreach strategies. Lead the sales team in ensuring data accuracy and optimizing CRM processes.

Relationship Building with C-Level Decision-Makers:

  • Engage with top-level executives (CFOs, CTOs, and IT leaders) to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions. Establish trust and credibility with potential clients by demonstrating in-depth products.
