Information Security Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a brilliant mind to bring clarity to complexity and take our information security compliance to the next level. As an Information Security Compliance Specialist (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in strengthening our security framework, ensuring alignment with industry standards, and guiding our teams through evolving compliance challenges. Responsibilities:

• Analyze external compliance requirements and coordinate with stakeholders
• Manage the intersection of and closely align with Information Security, Data Privacy, and GRC
• Maintain our information security policies
• Consult management on information security compliance questions
• Support in audits (ranges from small supplier questionnaires to ISO27001/TISAX)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Analytical mindset and ability to find structure in complex environments
• Profound understanding of the information security field
• Profound understanding of regulations, at least GDPR and NIS-2
• Self-Organized Team player
• Ability to communicate clearly on all levels
• Proficiency in German and English (at least B2 level), both spoken and written
