We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. You will design and implement solutions across our marketing technology stack, providing technical leadership and mentorship while enabling personalized customer experiences through data modeling and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive technical design and implementation strategies across marketing technology platforms.
Lead integration projects between marketing, data, and analytics platforms.
Design and implement data models using DBT for segmentation and personalization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements.
Ensure high code quality through reviews and best practices.
Mentor team members and provide architectural recommendations.
Required Technical Skills
Advanced SQL for data analysis.
Expertise in DBT and data modeling.
Experience with Segment (CDP) and Braze (customer engagement).
Strong knowledge of Snowflake and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Census.
Proficiency in analytics platforms (GA4, Tableau, Looker).
Required Professional Skills
10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5 years in marketing technology.
Proven leadership in complex technical initiatives.
Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Solace (message streaming).
Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Experience with CI/CD practices and agile methodologies.
Technical Environment
Familiarity with the following stack is preferred:
Frontend: React
E-commerce: Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Data Platform: Segment, Braze, Snowflake, DBT
