Job description

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Performance Max (PMAX) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on Performance Max (PMAX). This role involves leveraging data-driven strategies to maximize ROI, enhance targeting, and improve overall campaign performance.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/CST
Core Tasks:
  • Set up and manage Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns, including uploading and organizing ad assets.
  • Provide audience signals (e.g., customer lists, website visitors) to optimize automated targeting.
  • Utilize advanced bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversion Value) to drive results.
  • Implement deep links and UTM parameters to ensure accurate tracking and analytics.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns to address performance or budget issues effectively.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, particularly Performance Max (PMAX).
  • Proficiency in budget and bidding strategies such as Target CPA, Target ROAS, and Maximize Conversion Value.
  • Experience with deep links and UTM parameters for effective tracking and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills using Google Ads reporting tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and its integration for eCommerce campaigns.

The Compensation:

  • โ‚ฑ55,000 to โ‚ฑ85,000/month
