Job description

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage, optimize, and analyze paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms. This role involves creative asset management, data-driven reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve campaign performance goals.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST/PST
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 1-3+ years of experience in paid acquisition or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills, including expertise in Excel (pivot tables).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work EST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Execute and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
  • Monitor key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI) to ensure campaign performance aligns with goals.
  • Leverage ad automation tools to streamline workflows and reporting.

Creative Asset Management:

  • Collaborate with design and video teams to produce ad creatives.
  • Upload, rotate, and monitor creative assets, analyzing performance for improvements.
  • Provide creative recommendations based on performance insights.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Create and analyze performance reports using Excel and pivot tables.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to guide strategy adjustments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Share campaign updates and collaborate with internal teams using Slack.
  • Partner with regional teams to tailor strategies for success in local markets.

The Compensation:

  • β‚±55,000 to β‚±85,000/month
