Job description

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Email Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and execute email marketing campaigns using Braze or similar platforms. This role involves campaign setup, QA testing, and providing support for lifecycle marketing initiatives.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience with Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, or similar platforms for email marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Liquid (e.g., Shopify, Braze) for building and editing emails.
  • Basic knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Create and set up campaigns in Braze (or similar platforms), including HTML builds, asset setup, and audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Oversee hands-on, day-to-day operations for email marketing campaigns.

Testing & Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Perform thorough testing and QA on campaigns to ensure accurate tracking and cross-device/browser rendering.

Lifecycle Marketing Support:

  • Provide ad hoc support for push notifications, in-app messages, and other lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Optimization & Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.

The Compensation:

  • ₱55,000 to ₱85,000/month
