Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Team Manager to lead and scale our teams while creating robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, improve workflows, and ensure sustainable growth by establishing best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and ensure consistency.
  • Analyze current processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define team goals, KPIs, and strategies for scaling operations effectively.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to support organizational growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring scalability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to optimize productivity and engagement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, integrating them into the organization’s processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Team Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar role in a scaling environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating SOPs, developing processes, and implementing operational improvements.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms for workflow optimization, project management, and team collaboration.
