Job description

Title – Sr. Business Analyst, Global Operations
REMOTE BUT MUST BE BASED IN THE UNITED STATES


Position and Duties
 Your employment will be with Tillster in the position of Sr. Business Analyst reporting directly to Global Operations Lead. This reporting structure is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company.

Position Summary
The right person for this job loves data, processes, and working collaboratively with others to document workflows. Not only do they love these things, but they love creating these things from scratch and have the technical ability to create professionally crafted materials (playbooks, training materials, financial modelling, deployment trackers, review of sales pitch etc.). It is important that this individual not only be able to assess the current needs of the department but also to be proactive with their analysis of data and trends to propose improvements and efficiencies in the operations of the Delivery Services and Account management department.
Specifically, you will collaborate with the internal Delivery Services and Operations team to assist with analyzing all Kiosk operations data including installation deployment data, financial data, etc. as well as documenting processes and storyboarding all decks for both client facing and internal leadership review.  As a key member of the Operations team, you will play a pivotal role and ensure accountability and assist in management of all stakeholders to ultimately drive both revenue and operational efficiency for the company. You will also customarily and regularly exercise appropriate discretion and independent judgment in the performance of your duties; and quickly identify problems, causes, and resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identifies requirements for Operations processes and reporting by establishing personal rapport with other employees to understand processes  
  • Creates new templates, prepares workflow charts and diagrams for both knowledge creations and sharing as well as find efficiencies
  • Creates and updates Internal and Client facing Decks
  • Assists in weekly status meetings along with monthly leadership touchpoints
  • Strong financial analysis skillset to assist with modeling and ROI calculation   
  • Helps establish, analyze, and maintain internal Deployment KPI’s to ensure optimal performance of Delivery service and account management teams, tools, and workflow processes.
  • Protect operations by keeping needed information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating internal needs; analyzing requirements; developing new trackers
Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 – 3 years’ experience in related project or similar program deploying digital and retail technology solutions.
  • Strong problem solving and attention to detail
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills (excellent in PowerPoint and other visual data tools like Tableau or similar programs)
  • Strong analytical/Excel skills for data and financial analysis
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
  • Really strong attention to detail and well organized
  • Self-motivated team leader that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day and has strong cross functional experience, emotional intelligence, and empathy.
  • Ability to inspire and promote an entrepreneurial spirit of resourcefulness and adaptability across the organization.
  • A love of data and insights, always asking “how can we do this better/differently?”.
  • A growth mindset: track record of leveraging learnings, demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit, always imagining what’s possible.
  • A shared appreciation for and commitment to our values.
  • PMP certified or similar Project Management certification is a plus.
  • QSR/Restaurant/Retail experience a preferred, but not required
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Technology, or Data preferred not required

Pay and Benefits (USA)

  • Expected base salary range $80,000 - $115,000.+ . Total starting compensation will be determined based on all lawful criteria, Company policy and best practices.
  • Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.
  • Health Benefits: All full-time, regular employees and their dependents are eligible  for medical, dental, vision and FSA benefits.   • Holidays: The company observes ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year.
