Description

This position will be fully remote and will report to the Director of Integrations and Systems.

Requirements

User Support and Platform Assistance:

  • Assist users in accessing and onboarding to the production reporting platform.
  • Act as the primary contact for addressing data-related questions and resolving issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to ensure users can effectively leverage the platform's capabilities.

2. Ticket Management:

  • Monitor and manage data-related tickets in the ticketing system.
  • Track, update, and resolve tickets in a timely manner, ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify trends or recurring issues to recommend system or process improvements.

3. Power BI Reporting:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate business requirements into effective data visualizations.
  • Ensure reports are optimized for performance, accuracy, and usability.
  • Create and maintain documentation for developed reports and dashboards.

4. Data Integrity and Analysis:

  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of data within the reporting platform.
  • Perform quality checks and troubleshoot discrepancies in data.
  • Assist in developing best practices for data management and reporting.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):

  • Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with data governance and best practices.
  • Previous experience supporting regional or distributed tea

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including experience creating complex reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Monday).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
