The Associate Project Manager is integral to Project Operations, taking ownership of key projects, ensuring the accuracy of project management data and systems, generating project reports, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients. What will you do as an Associate Project Manager at Etna?
As an Associate Project Manager, you will:
- Manage and oversee website maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, budget-friendly completion.
- Customize workflows to fit project-specific needs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and completeness for seamless execution by project teams.
- Adjust schedules and resource allocations to accommodate project changes and enable accurate forecasting.
- Compile client feedback and approvals on creative assets, directing production teams on revisions as needed.
- Conduct quality reviews of deliverables and completed work before submission to clients or closure of projects.
- Facilitate status updates from project contributors, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth project progress.
- Provide proactive updates on project status, delays, and forecasts to internal teams and Account Executives.
- Generate weekly project completion reports for the Leadership team, tracking project performance.
- Maintain the customer portal, offering project support and service for clients without assigned Account Executives.
- Update account records and reassign tasks to accommodate client or staff changes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, serving as a learning resource for other teams.
- Perform basic updates and content publishing in Wordpress to support production teams as needed.

Salary:
The estimated salary range for this role is $60,320 - $68,640 annually. However, it is important to note that compensation may vary depending on several factors, primarily including the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications.
