Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to join our client's dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in business-related law and a keen understanding of complex financial schemes, including Ponzi schemes. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting attorneys in high-stakes legal matters, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in managing and preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on business-related law, including Ponzi scheme litigation and compliance issues.
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and stakeholders in English and Spanish languages.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are updated and accessible.
  • Support attorneys in court filings, hearings, and trials as required.
  • Translate legal documents and communications between required languages.

    Requirements
  • Must have experience as a paralegal, preferably in business-related law or cases involving Ponzi schemes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Certification in Paralegal Studies is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish both written and verbal.
  • Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with legal software and tools.
